Studs up, misses the ball, catches Tanganga on the ankle – almost identical to the one which saw Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang sent off for Arsenal earlier today. Not that I’m going to lose any sleep over that.
But VAR didn’t even have a look at this one. Why?
Because Tanganga’s ankle – fortunately – didn’t buckle in the same way Max Meyer’s did? It easily could have.
