Nuno Mendes wants to replace Jose Mourinho with another of his clients

Super-agent, Jorge Mendes wants Nuno Espirito Santo to replace Jose Mourinho at Tottenham, according to Sun Sports.

Spurs fired Mourinho last week after inconsistent results and lacklustre performances and the Lilywhites have started their search for his replacement.

They have been linked with the likes of Brendan Rodgers, but Mendes, who also represents Mourinho, wants another of his clients to become the new Tottenham manager.

Santo signed a new contract at Wolves last year that commits him to the Molineux outfit until 2023, however, his profile has risen in England and this might be the best time for him to change clubs.

At Tottenham, he would get the chance to manage some of the Premier League’s best players and he would also manage in Europe more often.

His Wolves team was one of England’s representatives on the continent last season, but they have had a poor domestic campaign this year.

Tottenham would be a bigger club for him to manage, but he has shown that he can do well with the right players.

The report says Mendes already has plans to replace Santo at Wolves with another of his clients, Bruno Lage.

Do we honestly think it matters who our manager is?

How appealing our we unless your in it for the pay off.

We are old news. I’m so bored of the rinse repeat shite turned out by Levy an Co.

I love the optimism and the sudden motivation to get rid of ENIC but we should of had this shower of shit out years ago..

God Bless the Tottenham Dolphins/Bears/Raiders

Shite.

“At Tottenham, he would get the chance to manage some of the Premier League’s best players…”
Oh right, Harry Kane is staying then…!

We have fallen so far from grace that I’d go as far to say that the players at Wolves would excite me more than the crop at Tottenham, which is slightly worrying considering Nuno can’t get a tune out of them anymore either
