“My decision, not injured” Danny Rose Not Good Enough To Make The Cut For Saints Game [video]

Danny Rose has gone from being not just fan favourite and indeed a club favourite – with players having apparently referred to the now 29-year-old as “Pochettino’s son” – to now being a stone in Tottenham’s shoe.

Whatever Rose is feeling about his life, it would surely be the best for all concerned, especially him, if he had just focused on being the best he could be on the pitch for Spurs, and channelled the feel-good factor this would produce?

Here, José Mourinho states publicly that Rose didn’t show enough in training, despite being the only fit, outright left back.

Wasn’t that 17th net spend when we were broke? We ain’t broke now.

I hope we win all this stuff we are obviously going to under Jose, it’s just obvious that with Levy’s 17th net spend strategy that it will be rather difficult.

Let’s not bore ourselves with facts again though eh…

He has had ‘issues’ for years, as said below, and they need to be addressed by a professional outside of the game, the present calamitous situation is the fault of Levy by his reluctance to move on players with no future. Its not the fault of Mourinho or Poch, but they are the ones left to sort out discontented players , and you wonder why this club does not win trophies ?

It’s clear that he wanted what Walker got, I also think it was at that point when they sold Walker to Citeh that he and much of the squad realized that Levy wasn’t going to build on what we had.

It was always going to be another decline into mediocrity via lack of investment. Rose knew the jig was up then, on that point I can’t say I blame him really. Although he should have forced a move rather than keep moaning after nothing’s changed after 2 years.

Poch will go to Utd and perhaps Rose could play a part in that for a couple of seasons. The Poch haters are going to be eating so much humble pie in about 18 months time…

He does seem a bit needy, he was talking about wanting to play back up north over two years ago yet he’s still here. Still here to run his contract down?

The ting about needing to Google players I sort of understand, the constant issues about one thing or another have gotten a bit tedious…

Rose wants to have his cake and eat it. He gobs off to his buddies in the Sun about running down his contract at all costs and then throws his toys out of the pram when not picked in the team. Talk about notions!

If his feet were as good as his mouth then he would hold the Spurs record for passing and assists.

Like one or two others in the squad it’s time to say farewell Danny. Thanks for the memories.

Danny has had a Massive chip on his shoulder since Walker departed to Big Money , and Trophy Success. Danny missed the boat , now all he has to look forward to is a move to Watford. Maybe Botch will take him at Man Utd ?
