Mourinho Looks To Have Thrown At Least 2 Spurs Players Under His Parked Bus | image

By The Boy -

Letting the gaffer’s starting XI sink in it becomes evident that two players appear to been kicked – temporarily or otherwise – into touch. This can only be a positive and with any luck, this will fire a warning shot across the bows of the rest of the squad. We only need players who are willing to apply themselves.

One would imagine doubts remain over the soundness of other players, but the reality is, we have to field the required number of personnel.

Saw it at the Skysports live feed and was relieved that Toby wasn’t one of the bad eggs. I feel like Jose wanted to make it VERY clear who is left out due to illness and who just didn’t make the cut.

Never pushed on. Got his finger out for a while when Jose took over, but then reverted to type.

But you are right, some people still indulge him despite his obvious and unchanging shortcomings…

Dele had a short lived upturn when Jose arrived, then resorted to being crap soon after.

Thanks CS…I have not seen the sick/injured updates but assume Jose or the club must have made mention of them 2 been ill and therefore not playing.

There’s a view among some that Dele was playing well until big bad Jose came into town. Not true, is it? He’s been ineffectual for some considerable time, I would suggest. Indeed, I always felt that Poch indulged him too much, instead of putting a rocket up his backside!

Doherty and Winks appear to have been the two designated to ‘walk the plank’! Toby and Aurier reportedly injured, although Aurier may have drawn the short straw also, even if declared fit!

HH…I’m guessing the 2 players kicked are Doherty and Aurier…What is still interesting, is why Toby is not on the bench???

Still can’t believe Joe Hart is the regular No.2. I got called an idiot for saying he’d end up back up keeper. Same old same old.

Just come across an article on This is Futbol claiming that Levi’s reluctance to sell Dele is causing friction between Levi and Mourinho and that Levi may part with his manager in the Summer.
