Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho is seemingly set to receive an injury boost as Ryan Sessegnon could be available against Norwich City.
As we prepare to host Daniel Farke’s side on Wednesday night, Mourinho will have been hoping for positive news on the injury front.
The club’s official site have suggested he could get exactly that, as Sessegnon has returned to training with the rest of the squad and is expected to get the green light to feature.
It comes after the 19-year-old picked up a hip problem prior to the clash with Chelsea last month, and so he’ll be itching to get back on the pitch and help us advance to the next round of the FA Cup.
Sessegnon has been limited to just 11 appearances so far this season, with a hamstring problem forcing him to miss a significant part of the campaign early on.
The Englishman will want to put his recent hip problem behind him and get minutes under his belt against Norwich City tonight. The Canaries won’t be a pushover, but Spurs have a solid track record in this competition, having won our last 10 ties in the fifth round of the FA cup.
