La Liga hitman added to the list of strikers Tottenham are monitoring

By Bruce Grove -

Tottenham wants to add a striker to their team this summer as they look to ease the goalscoring burden on Harry Kane.

Several strikers have been linked with a move to the north London side this summer and the latest is Loren Moron.

The Spanish striker is one of Real Betis’ most important players and he has been helping the Spaniards with the goals that they need to stay competitive.

He isn’t the most prolific striker in the world, but he has remained an impressive one with his goal return and all-round performance for his team.

The last backup striker that Tottenham had was Fernando Llorente who was also not the most prolific, but he did a job.

Mundo Deportivo is claiming that Moron is now a summer target for Tottenham and a host of other English teams.

It claims that the Lilywhites are monitoring his current situation.

Betis will sell him for any offer close to 20 million euros and they reportedly rejected an offer of 12 million euros from one of his suitors recently.

He scored 10 league goals last season and that might be enough for a backup striker at Tottenham next season.
