Joe Hart having medical @SpursOfficial. Will join Lloris and Gazzaniga.

Further to this morning’s earlier piece, the former Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart underwent a medical this morning for Tottenham Hotspur Football club.
It quite funny watching the ever glacial on-pitch progress of Tottenham under Daniel Levy, that we pick up José Mourinho when he’s run out of top flight sides to manage, and we sweep up Joe Hart SEVEN clubs after he was at his peak winning back to back Premier League titles for Manchester City.
Tottenham under ENIC are the footballing version of ‘I’m A Celebrity – Get Me Out Of Here‘ where the closest you get to an actual celebrity is one that used to be popular several decades ago.
It’s all a tad reminiscent of the Porridge 1979 film, where in the frantic preparations ahead of an inmates-versus-celebrities football match, the prison are hopeful that someone ‘knows a Goodie’ (one for the dads).
For a guy that will play maybe twice? Should be someone on far closer to £15k. All due respect, I could be a 3rd choice keeper.
Hope you are right.
The minimum Levy can get away with , for paying a third choice keeper at a top six club in the PL ,at a guess £30,000 -£40,000 a week.?
What are his wages?
The chav’s paid £71m for their liability, Kepa at least he’s on a free.
I think most are getting wise to that now, but I think that this is a decent signing with no real downside and at least it didn’t cost us £53.8 million plus add ons. My bet is he’s more likely to play that N’Domwasteoftime.
I wouldnt say it was guiardiola as much as Hart simply is a liability.
Whats his wage demands?
ENIC are doing some window dressing to make it look like they’re serious about next season. Thus keeping all the trained seals clapping, eagerly awaiting the next tidbit. I’m waiting for the sucker-punch that is inevitably coming.
Knowing ENIC, I’m sure he will have some other chores to do to earn his corn. Probably some gardening and lawn mowing at the training ground.
Save our funds for another position. Makes sense 👍
We needed another keeper after Vorm left so this makes sense especially as he’s English. Good move I say. He’s not likely to see much game time so no point in wasting too much money on this spot. Also he’s a great bloke and will be good to have around the place.
This has shades of Scott Carson going to Liverpool.
It’s amazing how one man who is so revered, can affect the opinions and change the whole perspective of others within the game, that includes the media and fans on how a particular player is judged. Guardiola is that man and Joe Hart is the player, from being at the top he is now struggling to find a club willing to employ him, an incredible position to be in, give him a chance I say.
I’d be stunned, I think he’s the next in line – he’s only 28, mate

Lots of unemployed people all over the shop, James. No surprise that the players at the very top clung together when thing broke.

You would think that Joe could have found a number one or two spot at a Championship club, shows how tight finances must be. Looks like their are going to be a lot of unemployed footballers especially the lower down the Leagues you go.
Much cheapness!
What a waste of a wage – 3rd choice keeper being Joe Hart. Honestly. I am not really sure of the point here.
WTF! An HGP so Gazza will be gone then.
