Is Real Madrid’s £30M+ Rated Striker The Missing Piece In Mourinho’s Puzzle?

Tottenham could reportedly be given the opportunity to sign Real Madrid ace Luka Jovic this summer.

The 22-year-old has struggled in his debut campaign at the Bernabeu, scoring just two goals while providing two assists in 24 appearances.

However, there is now further doubt over his future in the Spanish capital, as The Mirror report that he could be offered to both Tottenham and Chelsea this summer after incurring the wrath of the La Liga giants.

It’s suggested that the former Eintracht Frankfurt striker left self-isolation in Madrid to fly home to Serbia, and that in turn has led to Los Blancos considering the option of offloading him.

Both Spurs and Chelsea are specifically mentioned as being interested parties for the £30million plus rated star, and so with his relationship with Real Madrid seemingly becoming increasingly strained, it could lead to an exit this summer.

Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho has struggled with injuries this season with both Harry Kane and Heung Min-Son sidelined in recent weeks.

That may have exposed a lack of quality depth in attack, albeit they do have the fifth-best goalscoring tally in the Premier League. Nevertheless, Jovic could possibly address the issue if he is put on the market at the end of the season by Real Madrid.
