Tottenham Hotspur have issued a second statement in relation to the allegation of racially offensive catcalling towards Chelsea’s Antonio Rudiger.
The crucial takeaways here are that the whilst the club have clearly been comprehensive in their investigations, the examination of any evidence that might be found will continue.
What is mystifying however, is that so far, frame by frame analysis of individual fans on CCTV and a lip reading service have so far failed to reveal anything conclusive.
It ought to be mentioned here that we are only talking about a small area of supporters that requires scrutiny. This isn’t forensic examination of 60,000 supporters we’re talking about.
Tottenham is to be commended here for having in place the necessary tech and support with which to protect themselves.
Hopefully the contact with Chelsea proves to be meaningful in assisting both our club and the authorities concluding what are clearly exhaustive enquiries.

It is inconceivable that a fan could have made a ‘monkey chant’ in any section of the ground without it being witnessed by other supporters. As 99% of Spurs fans would not condone such racist behaviour, there is zero chance that the culprit would a) Have escaped detection and b) Have been allowed to get away with it.
The inescapable conclusion therefore is starting to look like Rudiger is not only a cheat, but also a liar and the fact that he has made such an allegation before, also unsubstantiated after thorough investigation, appears to bear that out. Maybe it is Rudiger who needs to be investigated, rather than falsely maligned Spurs fans.
Possibly another reprieve for Loser Levy and the Con Men. The New Destination might not end up being tainted by racist behaviour after all. A relief all round, but all this serves as a distraction to the fact that Jose is no longer a ‘winner’…

As alluded to in the last blog if some khant was using racist chants at a player I’d be on his case sharpish just before the steward. People in that section would know. Most people would. CFC are khants of the highest order. Zero evidence. Fak all. The oscar for the kick in the ribs sums it up.
