“I have really no idea”- Jürgen Klopp criticizes Man United, Spurs for lack of transparency with COVID cases

By Eddie Razo -

It appears it’s all systems go for the Tottenham Hotspur matchup against Liverpool. Spurs aren’t out of the forest yet with their COVID-19 cases, as manager Antonio Conte recently practiced using mannequins.

However, Liverpool is dealing with their positive cases as Virgil van Dijk, Fabinho, and Curtis Jones will miss the matchup.

Nonetheless, manager Jürgen Klopp took a shot at Tottenham and Manchester United for their lack of transparency with their cases. Klopp stated he has concerns about not knowing the players who tested positive for the virus.

“I have no idea if Manchester United… I heard a number of players, but I have no idea who the players are; I have no idea who had the virus at Tottenham,” Klopp said where talkSPORT relayed his remarks. “I don’t know if it’s necessary to know who if it’s necessary to know how many. But knowing nothing in a really public world is quite strange.

“We have no information about Tottenham. I have no idea if they train since today, from tomorrow, or since a week. I have really no idea. It’s difficult to get any kind of information which is part of a preparation for a game.”

Klopp continued by saying that he understands that revealing the names of those who have tested positive is sensitive information but adds that exchanging the details regarding a player’s status is helpful.

“I know it’s difficult because one is a pandemic and the other one is an individual injury, but still we have to find a way to get through all this,” Klopp said.

“And I really think the exchange of information is pretty helpful because I think all the misleading and wrong information misleads a lot of people. So that’s just a problem. Just say how it is and then carry on from there.

Tottenham has had their last two Premier League matches postponed. Spurs also needed to postpone their UEFA Conference League matchup against Stade Rennais, which remains up in the air, and as the 2021 calendar ends, it seems the match will be forfeited.

Yet nobody will specify what’s false that people have discussed on here lately. We know why.

You wouldn’t know “the truth” if it ticked you in your fancy places. You barely know reality. Peddle your nonsense on Twitter. This is a football blog, not a whack job conspiracy forum. Omicron = Moronic is about your level. Nothing more than filling in the gaps where conspiracies don’t exist. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.

Apologies H. When discussions go against the narrative this below is the kind of trolling you start to get. Insults, labelling, the narks are common. If you want to keep it Tottenham to avoid further hassle i for one would understand. Sad times it is. You’re running a football blog after all.

The lunch time Championship TV feature has survived too. Imagine my shock.
And the further down the pyramid you go the more matches are on.

It’s like when Rodgers tried to make out he didn’t know. What guff. Hes the effin manager, he knows which players are injured so why wouldn’t he know that? I expect it’s so knowone can snoop around and find out which players actually were sick, which is likely none of em.

Surely the match isn’t on? Ridiculous. Funny how one of the only 2 matches surviving today is the sky live feature? Looks like it’s the same for this match. Even a Psy op can’t affect ratings!
It’s amazing how they just plough through with the agenda despite the clear facts in reality right in front of our eyes, some millennial worm on radio advocating for wage docks for non jabbed players!? Despite the fact about a zillion jabbed played are currently out with positive tests and same with the country in general and it blatantly makes no difference at all, it’s about the ‘test’ . Total lunacy.

I don’t doubt that injuries are claimed as covid. It’s a racket.

It’s no coincidence that our players have been training with mannequins as Liverpool are going to make them look like dummies.

I don’t know why we have this obsessive secrecy about who had covid, it’s nothing to be ashamed of these days. Keeping names secret is just making the whole thing a bigger deal than it needs to be. Drama queens at Spurs.
