“I couldn’t figure out what Spurs were trying to do” ESPN Pundit’s Video Interview Ask Questions About Spurs Identity

Steve Nicol makes a good point in this interview, asking if we are coming to the end of the season, then how come we are still struggling to identify what they are, what their personality is? A North London Derby should really have everyone at the club pumped, and champing at the bit. Instead, we were put through a strange performance, not unlike the Champions League final against Liverpool, whereby and large, Spurs were ghost-like.

If you can’t bring yourself to make the leader accept a level of responsibility for failure, then you are in a cult… 😂

In fact Walker’s sale to Citeh was symbolic. We’d given up, down the bridesmaid and never the bride.route yet again with Levy…

Skipp should stay with Norwich in the PL, rather than sit on the bench here. White is even younger, so he’s probably two years away from playing here.

Agreed re Tanganga, and the jury is out on Rodon – I think he will slowly be used more and more.

Also we have many young talented acadamy players who have been given brief cameo’s then nothing more. Would like to see more of Tanganga Rodon Skipp White etc

I fully agree, but careful, such speech could earn you the “Jose cultist” badge with some locals.

Is the current approach working? Not too much. Would changing the manager help? No, we need to evolve and refresh the squad.

Absolutely. I never wanted Jose from the start, but the same problem existed in last 12 months of Poch. Once that great side of 2016/17 started to decline, nothing was done to adequately replace Hugo Walker JVT Toby Dembele and Eriksen. Imo Jose has done his best trying every player/tactic that he can, and as you say most of the squad turn up for 1 in 10 games.

Over half our team have one good game in 10 rather than one bad game in 10…Jose doesn’t know what to do, he needs half a new squad which means 1) Levy selling our best players 2) waiting forever for Levy to sell our best players….if Levy sells Kane or Son do you think Jose will hang around….
