N’Golo Kante score the winner for the French, but it was Tottenham’s captain Hugo Lloris that kept his side in the game making six saves against goal bound shots during this UEFA Nations League match.

Hugo had a solid game generally, making just two unsuccessful long passes, in fact his accuracy rate hit 87%, whereas his mean average is only 68.4%.

I obviously didn’t bother reading that garbage. I did see one bit, you wouldn’t get away with talking to me like that either mate. You’re missing the point. On the internet we all have a choice of what we click on or comment on, you can easily not partake and so can I. With you and your mate trying and gang up on me with your comments and I’m coming back at you.

Opinions are opinions, sorry I may have offended Jose by questioning something, I doubt he cares and neither should you.

Perhaps try leaving me alone and I’ll return the favour, how about that? Go away…

You clearly failed to read the above. I didn’t say anything was your fault. And I didn’t make any predictions about Hugo or Ndombenchy… You chat so much 💩it begs belief… I dont suck up to anyone. I either agree or disagree with everyone.. Iv never had to block any one on here in 14 odd years…… My aggressive mate? Whos that? .. It doesnt suprise me at all that youve blocked multiple people. … You’ll end up all alone on here in the end…. Noone will be here to hear you regurgitate your Botch 💩and your endless ‘Enic outs’ ….. Certainly not me. Block me too please Mr Sourpuss I would rather you do it. …………… Try studying Joses tactics by the way. Only a casual fan or a clueless dummy bangs on about him parking the bus… Botch had one arrow, one trick, one way to play….. Jose has loads of ways to play. He uses the low block at times, but this is in multiple varients positioned in different places, it involves coherent pressing that doesn’t upset the defence. It changes formations and duties often utilising a wide player or central midfielder or even the striker. Kane especially has been relishing in our new tactics. We also high press at times, we sometimes target specific players and hunt them in packs. Everyones still learning but we are on the right road. Its better to bring a bag of arrows rather than one arrow to a war.. Botchs one arrow was never enough. The opposition knew what was coming. One trick pony. Jose has a bag of tricks, the enemy dont always know exactly what to expect. We are already dark horses in Joses first season after just 1 proper transfer window with just 60 mil spent…. I admire Klopps geggenpressing but it is far deeper than what Botch was doing. The only comparison is that we high pressed.. The geggenpressing is quite a deep system if you study it, it involves seconds of high pressing and seconds of medium pressing, depending on the level of opponents this intensity changes every 3 seconds, it also involves constant switching of formations. Its rather a deep system that chops and changes. Klopps geggenpressing is a level above Botchs high press…… You better block me Easty because I will be obsessively jumping all over your comments every time you spout nonsense. Youre a helmet. Not suprised youve made others aggressive on here. You wouldnt have spoken to me like you have, face to face thats for sure… You are the big man behind your keyboard, happy to mouth off, but too scared to have a profile picture arent you. Wouldnt want anyone seeing your ugly mug.

It’s not my fault your predictions about these players have been so wide of the mark. I’ve already blocked a couple of annoyances on here as I get nothing out of reading their comments. I was considering adding you if you carried on obsessively jumping all over my comments, just like I did with your aggressive mate you keep sucking up to. I thought you were better than that. Never mind…

Just because you win the world cup doesnt automatically make you amazing.. Arsenals Mertesacker won it with Germany when he was 38 and couldnt run anymore.

Yes very much from the abyss, not as bad as DeGea or if you remember Fabian Barthez sudden drop from grace… But Lloris had a worrying slump in form. Then was caught drink driving and he wasn’t just a bit over, paralytic and he lost his license. There were horrendous clangers. There were many fans calling for his head, including some on here (and including H if I remember right)… For your knowledge I wasn’t one of these, I always said he’s got years left in him, I love the man and am very happy he’s pulled it back from being in the bottom 8th of the league back up to the top 3 after his injury. He may be sitting at number two now……. I never said Tanguy was toast either. When he arrived he excited me, I thought we had bought Yaya Toure plus one. We were told we got a bargain and the signing of the season. He flopped. On Kanes and Salahs wages his first season he was a massive disappointment. Those two games where he couldnt run summed him up.. So after the first season we realised we got a lad with bags of ability and potential, but his mental application was seriously in question.. He didnt manage 90 minutes in ten and a half months.. Mourinho was questioning his mentality.. So was I.. It wasn’t until many months later that Mourinho changed his tune and said actually the boy is trying now. After seeing him try recently I’m pleased for the lad, hes showing he wants it.. I hope he blossoms… But as cowspurs has said recently its still dribs and drabs of brilliance and then he goes missing. Pushed off the ball too easily, falls over too much. Hes no puppet master like Grealish… I still question who decided to pay him the same as the leagues very best.. He should be on Bergwjns wage not Kane and Salahs.. Truth is noone was going to come in for him after last season, Maureen couldnt have got rid if he wanted.

Your first paragraph you’re just stating the obvious.

Your last sentence that you have put into its own paragraph sums you up.. A troll talking nonsense trying to rile… So no I don’t ‘keep getting it wrong’… You are wrong you complete tool…… I’m a 38 yr old man… You wanna bicker and whine then go and talk to your fish wife… You keep on with your 💩 comments then I will be blocking you from disqus,, pretty much done with your nonsense. Petty little weasel remarks.

Yes mate, I was worried for him after that. It looked nasty. Good medical treatment. The time out for him was a blessing for sure he’s sorted it right out.

I remember Lloris arriving and Grandad Friedel was keeping him on the bench 😊 Bale was still with us back then too…. If any of our players deserve a trophy then it’s our Captain Hugo.

Technically they are saves, with the emphasis on technically.

Are we counting the third one as a save! Helen Keller would have caught it. The fifth was a bit dodgy, he didn’t do much with it. Some might say he put it out of danger, but they crossed and nearly scored. 6th was decent, one for the cameras.

Arm injury was a blessing 🌚 he was being “crisp packeted off for a while. He lost a bit a confidence in himself for a bit, especially coming to get, lost a bit in his feet too.

The squad was invigorated by the summer transfer window, one we’ve needed for two years. We were flat as a pancake at the end of last season still. That has as much to do with it as and Jose, we are fresher with the new players and the time needed to integrate the summer signings from the summer before. Poch would have had us firing again too, without a shadow of a doubt…

From the abyss? He’s always been our best keeper, Gazza put a bit of pressure on him which is what you want from your number two when the main guy has a slump in form. It happens to all keepers. I can’t remember the last World Cup winning captain that we’ve had in our team, let alone as goalkeeper in our history.

Another one you imagined was toast, a bit like Tanguy? Keep getting it wrong don’t ya.

No doubt Hugo was gonna improve after that horrible Toni Jimenez left. Nuno Santos doing good work and is really well liked. All Jose’s team are actually. Oh and Joe Hart, they love him like cooked food in there. All the age groups

Hugos definitely pulled himself back from the abyss. There was a time when a few were calling for Gazzanigga to replace him, and he was out drink driving and throwing up over officers 😆 See mate even Frances world cup winning captain can slip from that mature and responsible role.. Hugos up there with the best i’ve seen at stopping goals… Good to see Kane and Bale rested for those friendlies too… Thats Maureens doing, putting pressure on Wales specifically he let everyone know their fitness coachs are also Arsenals. Protecting our main men.

Lloris,LoCelso,Winks and Reguilon all getting rave reviews during the international break can only be a good thing for their confidence and for Spurs this season.Since Jose took over Hugo has been one of Spurs most consistent players.
