Hoax Image Suggested Bale Was Flying In This Morning, & Teeing Off With Levy This Afternoon

By The Boy -

Hadley Wood Golf Club have found themselves enjoying some decent free publicity in the midst of the Gareth Bale to Tottenham transfer. An image appeared online yesterday showing the Welshman due to tee off with Spurs head scout Steve Hitchen and Daniel Levy.

The Sun showed that sadly the leak turned out to be a hoax by the looks of it, with the golf club in question Tweeting #WeWish, which would indicate their records didn’t match the screen shot.

Bale does fly into London today though, with Simon Stone for the BBC confirming that our boy is on his way home.

We know Bale is a golf fanatic – so nice try!

Yes but that’s 7 years of winning big stuff at a massive club. What he may have lost in youthful exuberance, at 31 after Real Madrid he may have gained other strengths.

All water under the bridge now, although had Luka not spilt the beans over that episode he might be welcomed back more. Wanting to join Chavski from Spurs is never gonna go down well. Actually , f*ck him, Modric no thanks! 😂

Levy must have a set of specially shortened clubs, perhaps garden gnome fishing rods adapted for his use?

Bale prefers the right side so he can cut in and shoot with his left foot, so he’ll be looking to Doherty much of the time as his supporting wing back. But yes I dare say he’ll switch from time to time, and even play through the middle.

Harry Redknapp the very old ex- manager who is under the illusion he is still relevent.I wouldn’t mind if he could construct a coherent sentence.I’d rather listen to Rosie.

Looks like Sessingnon will be loaned out, not good enough or strong enough yet. Bottom half Prem club or top Championship club should do him. He’s got work to do.

Ah, Rent-a quote speaks. Thank you Captain bleeding Obvious. Does he really get paid for this?

Bale mainly played right wing for Madrid and Sergio only played 14 times for Madrid in la liga. I would expect it to be son- Kane – Bale. Modric didn’t forgive Levy for not letting him join the chav’s.

Remember 7 years have elapsed since he left Spurs.
The danger perhaps is not the player he once was we are expecting instant miracles?

Gareth Bale will make Tottenham a dangerous attacking proposition, says former Spurs boss Harry Redknapp.

“No-one likes criticism but his record at Real Madrid was incredible. He’s not an out and out centre forward but to score that amount of goals, you couldn’t ask for much more. He really has done it on the big stage,” Redknappp told BBC Breakfast.

“It’ll be interesting to see how Jose plays him. He’s got Son – who’s an incredible player – and Harry Kane in the middle. I mean them three in a forward line really is exciting. That would send fear through any defence in the country.

“He’s worth the money. If things don’t work out, and I’m sure they will, it’s a loan for one season. Daniel Levy is a very shrewd operator and I’m sure he’s done a very good deal.”

I can imagine that Bale and the left back have an understanding of each other’s game so when they both play on the left we’ll see some solid interplay?

Arry has even suggested bringing back Modric to feed the forwards! 😂

Not actually a terrible idea…. come back and win the title! Or something along those lines.

Yes, nice there on the Adriatic coastline. Quite different to Bulgaria etc, not all these former Eastern Block countries are iffy.

Did you know that 12 football club presidents have been shot dead in the last ten years in Bulgaria!?Unbelievable corruption and far right problems, no wonder half their people leave! This leaves even more of a vacuum for crime, the mob put EU subsidies in their back pockets etc and Brussels do nothing whatsoever. Just take it off other member states and give it to their mafia!

One of the reasons I voted leave, one rule for some countries and another for others and obvious corruption within Brussels, otherwise how does it keep happening?

The newest member states should never have been brought in, they’re not fit to be part of something that is supposed to be the embodiment of its high ideals. The EU can only work with the economically stable countries in it. Even Italy are on the brink!

Surely it makes more sense to introduce the stronger footballing nations at a later stage of the preliminaries. We do it in our cups.

Not really denied though.
This next bit is made up “when I won the lottery my mate Bill came up and said well done on your lottery win Mickey I replied …………..I wish.”

Hitchen would be the caddy – see he has a role!

Thanks Eddie. Seems a little unfair for the away teams though. Then again, when has UEFA ever been ‘fair’?

Question. If one of the one-off UEL qualifying games end in a draw, does the away team win on away goals rule or do they have to play extra time and penalties if needed? Obviously if it was nil-nil it would go down that path.

Total hoax. No way Steve Hitchen could be a golfer – the guy looks like he barely knows how to use a knife and fork, never mind golf clubs.
