Here’s Why Fan Protests Are Entirely Futile| video

By The Boy -

Today is the day of the Tottenham Hotspur Supporter’s Trust initiative of initiatives, a fan protest outside the stadium. This was originally scheduled for the last game of the season but was moved, presumably after in-depth consultation with the brothers and sisters within the movement.

Curiously enough a reader asked yesterday to make my own case, as opposed to simply rubbishing others’ views, something which a regular reader would have been aware of.

It is not normal for any writer to include a full summary of his or her opinions with every comment they make. So this is a ‘special’, as I feel it could be of use to others seeking the same answers.

So what do you want to see at the club to take it forward?? You appear to be anti THFT [sic] and anti ENIC and anti LEVY… Let’s hear your point for point plan for success on the pitch.

Which available manager should be appointed. What players should we go for and how should we fund them. Criticism is fine but without alternative solutions it’s empty.

So just for this reader and anyone else interested, here is a summary of my position on film, video exhaustively covers everything. If you feel it does not, just ask, then we can get everything under one roof.

Unless it costs you a month down the block.🌚 imagine spending a month in your bathroom with nothing in it. Mattress at nine pm taken away at 7Am. A 1 hour walk round the yard for an hour every other day if your lucky (more like twice a week) it breaks the weak.
Stay out of trouble boys🌚

Sometimes you just wanna fight the bloodclart power even though you know you’re not gonna win
Doesn’t matter if you lose the fight as long as your opponent knows they’ve been in one

Spot on. I understand the urge to protest but I also understand that when you pee into the wind, despite feeling better, all you’ve actually achieved is wetting your own trousers and shoes. It’s all too little, too late now. Put on your wellies.

Didn’t you spend the last 3 years or so saying “back the manager” H??

That would av been a good starting point as a solution.

But again, Ground rubble, Club essence quashed….

Too late.
