Immediate Refunds To Shake Off Allegations Of Deceit

If there is anyone reading this that hasn’t watched at least one of those property makeover shows in recent years, you’re either lying or you’re lying.

This was a seminal moment in TV history where programme makers discovered they could deliver a show just be filming people working on a house.

Only affixing a camera outside a bird box for nature shows required less expense and expertise.

So the baseline here is that nobody here is completely clueless when it comes to redevelopments.

Thanks to Sarah Beany and many many others we all now know that a extra small bathroom is much better than a loft conversion and other such commercial nuggets.

I don’t recall any of these shows making such a fist of a development as Daniel Levy has made of the stadium.

There are fundamental principles and and they can applied to ANY project, so when they fail, they are clear indicators that the bell ringing is not to signal happiness, but alarm.

All projects must have a contingency budget.

This is simply because ‘unforeseeable’ issues are by their very nature, unforeseeable.

You cannot and should not plan for everything going wrong, but you should expect that something creates a problem that only money can resolve.

If we are to presume Levy did have an operational contingency – ie spare jolly in the club’s current account before work began – then the size of the obstacles he met spectacularly dwarfed what he encountered once the work got underway.

This is a gigantic matter of concern, because it shines a spotlight on his utter worthlessness.

Misjudging the scale of any works is not desirable, but to misjudge it by 100’s of millions, points at having exercised no valid judgement whatsoever.

It would appear from the outside that either Levy had no contingency cash at all because he thought he could get away with it…

Or closer to the truth we can see Levy as a child crashing about on Christmas morning trying to build a house like the one on the box, but then screaming at his parents he needs more Lego and why the hell are the shops closed?!

There was that guy skydiving off the roof, stories of cocaine and lager parties plus video of unattended flooding going viral, and was revealed that Daniel’s solution had been to put all the galley slaves on double rations and decrease the whipping.

Net result, the fall of the Roman Empire reenacted by men with dilated pupils, cockney accents, wearing hardhats.

Since the wage bill was cut, the work appears to have been executed more professionally (certainly no more horrific videos or anecdotes being circulated) and the pace dictated by achievement, opposed to maniac activity.

There’s a parallel here with they way he spent the ‘Bale money’, but I don’t need to labour the point because you’re not thick.

There’s also stark reminder of the observation I’ve continually made about Levy – he’s wholly incapable of managing change.

When Daniel leaps into action, it’s like watching a baby running across a minefield.

Anyone remember fans being arrested and issued with banning orders for chanting ‘yid army’, only for the whole thing to fall apart with the CPS because nobody had broken any law?

Have ENIC misled the fans in order to defraud an interest free loan?

I take a view that they never set out to, however they have made such a howling mess of things, it really does look that way.

Given their financial pull, it fundamentally makes no sense to for them to have sought to con anyone and so my verdict can only be that they didn’t intentionally deceive anyone.

However, the best cause of action they could undertake now, is to painlessly refund (in full) anyone that wants one.

Dumb Dumbs have attempted and failed to explain away the chaos with the following guano:

All big projects overrun

The debt is just an option with the bank

The extended Wembley deal is for ‘just in cases’

Straightforwardly, anyone proposing any of the above is suffering from a colossal bout of cognitive dissonance.

The only only projects that overrun this significantly in terms of both time and money are the ones overseen by morons.

The debt is bigger than Manchester United – case closed.

Have you got a contingency plan for when you are evicted from your current home?

No me neither, because my life is not some completely random omni-shambles.

I keep referring to what Levy has achieved here as sabotage, because nobody with such access to the club could have inflicted more damage.

Time for the goodwill to be redressed here Daniel.

Start the refunds this week, sunshine.

After that we’ll begin to work on how you can sell up, and let someone who understands football take the reigns of what used to be a football club – opposed to a multidimensional branding exercise.

Daniel Levy – the inventor of the polystyrene sex toy – because production costs were more effective.

Certainly a poor quality league. Im quite apathetic to the PL at the moment, in part due to our own gypsy status and our pretty flat style of play but more generally I cant help but feel the PL has lost some of its luster.

ENIC can’t afford to pay it back. The hit they must have taken refunding the corporate side would explain the extra borrowing. Someone mentioned on this site yesterday, that the st money is always an interest free loan. When I parted with my hard earned in May, I was purchasing a seat, not lending a company the best part of a grand and getting nothing for it.

Correct.

If they had to give it back HSBC who issue them with a warning notice.

‘A baby running across a minefield’ very apt. There’s no way he didn’t know. He announced a youth team match test event for august 12th or summin ffs. He’s either a liar or a dribbling incompetent. Thems the choices. As for our greatest start, we’ve uglyed our way through 6 weeks or so of gash. Arsenal are 16 or so without defeat and Chelseas unbeaten start is the best in their history. Is it cos they are the greatest sides? No. Its cos the Premier League is garbage outside the elite now. Those looking for justification of Levy’s negligence in the position we are in will be Sorely mistaken.

The quality as you say, isn’t there beyond the top 6/7 sides. Far too much junk. Which is why relegated sides aren’t coming back.

The Championship is full of sides just as good as Palace.

Im not sure what is worse, believing ENIC are deliberately misleading the paying faithful or ENIC are just completely incompetent . I fear its a heady mix of the two!

All I know for sure is im so weary and frankly bored of all this Stadium BS. Its excruciating.
