Our footballing rivalry with Arsenal supersedes all others, that’s just the way it is. The issues with the Gunners are like the Jewish origami specialist, Manny Fold.
There was the territory invasion when the Woolwich upped sticks and moved. There were the shenanigans with them being promoted as we were relegated. St Totteringham’s Day. The Sol Campbell thing. Arsenal Fan TV has gone a hell of a long way to adding to the ‘contempt’ pile.

Jeez the list is long and as a Millennial, Dele Alli is probably unaware. However, in times when the disconnect between fans and football clubs feels like it couldn’t be any wider, it seems a daft move by Alli not to play to the crowd.
My number one irrational opponent is West Ham (closely followed by Chelsea) but that’s primarily down to the racist nature of their supporters…
When it comes to football, number one is the Arsenal.

The worrying thing is that both our competitors are much better than us right now, and Chelski have had a transfer ban too! We’ve slipped down the London league table for sure.
I have never forgiven them for the winning the Double at White Hart Lane. I doubt any of the players have anything but the sketchiest knowledge of Tottenham’s history.
My mate is a gooner. He asked for a tattoo artist to put ‘Arsenal’ on the back of his neck. When he got it he proudly showed everyone. It read ‘Arseanal’.. I was crying with laughter.. Either a dyslexic tattoo artist, or a spurs fan.. It had to be the latter.
