Daily Briefing: It’s My View Apologetic Noises Have Now Begun Leaking From The Club’s Press Office [video]

By The Boy -

Evaluating where information comes from is quite frankly essential, if the sources aren’t declared then one is liable to be fed any old twaddle. For the club to harp on about the international break is disingenuous at best. Everyone and his wife knew the games were scheduled, and yet Tottenham was left faking bewilderment when players exited – largely to no good purpose.

The inability or perhaps even the unwillingness of the club to acquire players that could make an immediate and meaningful impact – AGAIN – is disturbing.

What do you think? Are you thinking and questioning the façade?

Was it really two years ago when we reached the Ecl final, the fall has been quite dramatic. We are struggling to compete now with teams in the third tier of European competition. In a similar fashion our league positions will continue to decline from 4th to 6th then 7th to almost certainly a bottom half finish this year and on the basis of last week at Palace a relegation struggle.
Our decline and indeed lack of success in the last 20 years of Enic can be left at the door of our chairman whose prime concern is the enrichment of Enic and himself at the expense of investment in the playing staff.
Levy said the new stadium was a game changer how right he was!

Are Spurs fans the most gullible in the league?

Levy just can’t help himself from buying punts and cheap crud. We’ve bought so many bang average players that we’ve now become a bang average team managed by a cheap copy of Jose.
Whatever happened to the Spurs DNA of attacking, free flowing football? Levy is a serial liar. Pathetic mismanagement of a once great club.

Yup,everyone blamed Jose when the players were playing similar to the end of the end of Poch era. Even Kane came out and said that Jose wasnt the one who told them to sit back. There is a looses mentality at the club. It might be running from the top(Levy) ,employee might have lost confidence in his leadership capabilities. We have a shit load of passengers. Players are to scared to go forward against a rubbish french team. How the mighty have fallen. Its frankly ridiculous. I say get rid of lloris and PEH the captain,we need someone who can swear the f out of the guys when they moving like snails. Guys who leave the club seem to do better ,lamela, jose etc this useless twat of a money hungry chairman needs to step down. He is so pathetic.

I didn’t like Maureen, nor his public shaming of players but I totally agree that he’s a better bet than NES and everyone is doomed to failure under Levy.

What’s the prob? Stadium, facilities, home of Euro conference….??

It’s a wild ride to enjoy…..😲

The mighty Rennes pegged back, Levy probably looking out for cheap options in their team for next summers non event window.
Tickets go up no doubt though.

I’d be interested to know what the Mourinho haters are making of this dross ? I’d like to know what improvements they see. I ask because from what I’ve seen to date we taken another step back.

How anyone can still think Mourinho was the problem is beyond me.

On a side note. Roma top serie A

But those are all football issues Borgy; the only people who care very much are those in no position to do anything about it. At the end of the day the Stadium will be full every home game and the bar, restaurant & merch digidosh continues to flow, not to mention the vast monies from TV that keep rolling in.

WE ARE ENIC ………. WE ARE ENIC ……….. SUPER ENIC …. FROM THE LANE …….

That was so poor, just shows how weak we are in our squad, still no creativity, no second striker, no left footed centre back and a manager with no clue, and whoever scouted Emerson needs to be sacked, he’s just a poor Aurier. Levy hasn’t addressed any of our problems we started the summer with. Bad leadership. Levy and Lewis OUT !!
