Conte Mercifully Kills Eriksen To Spurs Talk

By The Boy -

As per this piece of ITK that we published 3-months ago, Christian Eriksen was never a Tottenham target. It was sad to see that Fabrizio Romano had allowed himself to become part of the disinformation cycle in recent weeks, and perpetuate the myth that there was genuine interest in the Dane from anyone in the Premier League, when in fact all that was in existence was campaign from Eriksen’s agents who were scrambling to get their boy out of Italy.

Conte has spoken, and now we can all move on with our lives. It would be remiss of me not to ask what goes on in the minds of some fans, who actually began to believe that the player would be worth bringing back again.

Several years ago, Eriksen went into a downward spiral; one that has yet to consistently correct itself. He’s expensive and he’s ageing. These quotes from Conte are beyond welcome.

Not taking the Dane back is better news than a new signing – that’s how far he has fallen. Denser rs all he gets for dropping his efforts during the end of his spell with us.

This story never had any ounce of credibility to it. Cent believe it circulated at all, let alone for as long as it did.

No he is like a baseball player. All you need is 290 batting average to be a hall of famer. Opining on the news is not like breaking it.
