Cold Comfort: Here’s Hojbjerg’s Best Actions Against Liverpool – video

By The Boy -

Of all our recent transfers, the most remarkable has been Pierre Hojbjerg. Anyone who might be still puzzling over such a bold claim, might not understand football – at all. I’m not looking for a scrap here, it’s more a point of cold common sense, made by someone who would also say, for example, “One could always rely upon Dave Mackay.” To date, I’ve spotted just one borderline duff performance from our blood and guts Dane. He’s undoubtedly the absolute bizzo. What is not to love?

Canny as you like

That goal

Drew 4 fouls

No it was the dirty scoundrels that targeted our players – Mane and Thiago main culprits.
Everything is fair in battle, especially when a club is desperate to win a match after having had their “invincibility” tag shattered this season.
They are on the downward slope with some players itching to move on to another chapter of their lives – Salah and Gini. Others ??
City with all the deep pockets (unlike the American owners – penny pinching profit at all costs above success mentality) are the club that will continue to be the threat.

Negative comments as always with many members in this forum.
Jose sets a defensive structure that can rarely be penetrated by open play (FACTS) and he is parking the bus.
In this match he let the players loose and HE has set up poorly.
No win situation!!
Reality is that the team is being built gradually and IS still a work in progress. Some members have stated there at least 10 players not worthy of playing in the 1st 11 from any top 6 club SO what do you expect will happen?
We made individual defensive errors – THE SYSTEM played was not at fault!!
I’m speaking from experience having had a team win a state title and another having not lost or been scored against for 3 years!
You need to be able to defend 1st and at this point in time, we don’t have the proper or experienced enough players to do that when we open up – as was shown in this match.
My namesake will get it right but we must be patient.

We were dreadful, poorly set up tactically and dubious selection. Atkinson wasn’t the reason we lost.

Different business model though. Liverpool want sporting success as the land suits in Liverpool, whatever shady scumbags own whatever down WHL they are interested in meaningful success. Their property is pretty central to the best bits in London……

It was so clear rewatching this match that the pool players targeted both our best 2 players in Kane and Hojberg with constant ankle fouls.
Kane jumped out of a couple of challenges and hurt his other ankle landing awkwardly. Watching Atkinson keep his yellow/red cards in his pocket was scandalous. 3-1 loss looks bad but Spurs played open entertaining football especially in the 1st half. Missed Reguilon and LoCelso badly.

WTF? The legal owner of the land that the stadium sits on is Meldene Ltd, that is a fact.

Dial house (listed building next door to the lane) was a st mungos wet hostel (can drink and whatever in there) opposed to a dry hostel where you can’t (piss tested) anyway tottenham didn’t want them sort as neighbors so bought the place and chucked them all out. St mungos had to re house them all. Lovely old house 1600s. All the original period features long taken out though. I hear tottenham gonna turn it into a period hotel thingy

Tottenham owns tottenham. Tottenham money doesn’t go to ENIC. No one rinsing tottenham. Goods yard that big lump of land on white Hart lane. tottenham own that too

Exactly what we need in the middle. Captain material. And strangely effeminate for a tough guy. 😀

Brilliant guy who performs no matter if the others are up for it or not. Hopefully we can find other players with the same mindset, and may the others learn a thing or two from him.

OK – the Stadium site is owned by Meldene Ltd whose registered office is Lillywhite House and the 3 directors are Levy, Cullen and John Collecott.

Northumberland Development Ltd (NDL) is a Person with Significant Control (PSC) owning or controlling more than 75% of the shares.

NDL directors are the same as Meldene and the PSC of NDL is Tottenham Hotspur Property Company Ltd.

Same directors as Meldene and the PSC is Tottenham Hotspur Ltd.

The PSC of Tottenahm Hotspur Ltd is one Joseph Charles Lewis whose shareholding is more than 50% but less than 75% with control over the trustees of a trust.

The Supermarket Site (which I beleive includes Lillywhite House because it sits on top of it, is owned by TH Property Ltd in The Bahamas.

As you stand on the High Road and look at the front of the Stadium, the properties to your left are all owned by Star Furnishing Company Ltd, whose directors are Levy, Cullen and Collecott and the PSC is NDL.

However, to put this into perspective, as an example, Anfield is owned by The Liverpool Football Club & Athletic Grounds Ltd (one of the directors is a Mr K Dalglish) and the PSC is UKSV Holdings Company Ltd, whose PSC is John Henry who has more than 25% but less than 50% of shares.

So just as THFC is a tenant of their stadium so Liverpool are of Anfield, as are most clubs in the Prem. Lets not make it look like something unusual or sandalous.

He had a couple of efforts in other games that went horribly wrong. This was a belter and I’ll bet he had been practicing his shooting. Hopefully we will see more of this. Top man

On another note watching Arse V Man U – nothing special, no reason why Spurs still can’t get top 4

Martin Tyler has to be the biggest shit loader of a commentator around. He’s an absolute waffler.
