Tottenham defender Eric Dier could be subject to a bidding war with multiple clubs showing interest in him.
Bayern Munich have emerged as strong contenders to sign Eric Dier in recent days.
It has been reported that Dier has already agreed to the move and that they will pay £4m for his services
And now Napoli have entered the race for the centre-back as well.
As per Alasdair Gold (via Football London), along with Bayern, the Italian side are also interested in his services.
With Napoli set to lose out on Dragusin to Spurs, they have set their sights on the Tottenham man as an alternative.
The 29-year-old’s contract with Spurs expires in the summer and he can leave on a free transfer then.
But with the Euros coming up in the summer, he would need regular playing time between now and the summers in order to force himself into Gareth Southgate’s England team.
Eric Dier has been at Spurs for nearly a decade, making 364 appearances. He was an instrumental player for the club under Mauricio Pochettino’s tenure.
But he has failed to impress Ange Postecoglou, finding himself at the bottom of the pecking order.
