Tottenham Hotspur are on the verge of signing a rising star from South Korea, Min-hyuk Yang.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Spurs are finalizing a deal for the 18-year-old winger from Gangwon FC, with the agreement almost complete and medical tests soon to follow.
Once the deal is sealed, Yang will remain with Gangwon FC until January next year, allowing him to continue his development in a familiar setting before moving to North London.
