Confirmed Tottenham starting XI to face Wolves

I think most fair-minded Tottenham fans will agree that Wolves represent a very dangerous opponent and the lads need to be fully prepared for what lies ahead.

They cannot be complacent at all, they need to be switched on at all times and inviting this Wolves side to attack may not work this evening.

One has to hope that Jose Mourinho sends the team out to be pro-active as opposed to always reverting to the counter-attacking approach, it does not work all the time, certainly not recently.

It should also be taken on board that Wolves are there for the taking, their recent form has not been that great.

Mourinho needs to get more than the tactics and strategy right, he has to get the team line up right as well, something else that has not always been spot on in recent weeks.

This is the team that the Portuguese has decided to go with. Let us know in the comments below your first impressions and what your predicted score will be.

It’s a wonder Harry can’t add free taking to his armoury as he’s such a great striker of the ball

We could do with someone who can take a decent free kick.

Big game for Doherty and Reggie – a lot of creativity expected from those two

That is not a team selection which fills me with either inspiration or confidence. Sanchez instead of Toby? Jose is clearly changing formation and playing with a back three, with Reg and Doherty as wingbacks. It’s a must win game for us, but not the team I would have chosen. Good luck to us, we’ll need it! COYS!

There’s 4 guys playing that are rubbish, 3 huge points and I will be amazed if we win.
