Here is how Son compares to the likes of Salah and Mane

Son Heung-min has had a very fine start to the Premier League this season and his performances have prompted fans to start to reconsider his status within the game.

When the debates of the best attacking players in the Premier League is being held, the likes of Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Raheem Sterling have generally been named ahead of Son, if he gets mentioned at all that is.

The Korean has been underrated all along as his stats are so much better than he is given credit for.

Mail Online has designed a table with a comparison of his stats and that of the other three players mentioned and the South Korean beats them in some key areas.

Son has played 166 games in the Premier League and he has scored 61 goals and provided 31 assists, all his goals have been without penalties.

He has more assists than Salah and Mane, albeit Salah has played fewer games than he has.

His shot conversion rate is 16.9% and it is better than that of Sterling.

Son also has a better dribble success rate that Sterling and he has better passing accuracy than all three players.

Only Mohamed Salah has a fewer minute per goal and Son has the better minutes per assists than all the three named players.
