Corriere Dello Sport via Sport Witness claims that Serge Aurier is edging closer to a move to AC Milan this summer and that just a few details remain for the move to be completed.
The report is one of optimism, but the Italians still face significant problems in trying to get Spurs to sell the former PSG man.
It claims that Milan has constantly been in touch with the player’s camp and that they will call them again today to know if his agent has managed to convince Spurs to come down on their asking price.
Although Spurs are willing to let him leave, they will not be forced into selling him on a cheap, so they have set an asking price of between 22/23 million euros.
It claims that the Ivorian has decided that Italy is the next step in his career having played in France and England.
Milan are looking to improve their right-back position and they like him, so it makes the move appealing for both the player and club.
Aurier has been the only right-back at Spurs for much of this season after the club sanctioned the loan move of Kyle Walker-Peters in the January transfer window, however, he hasn’t been the most consistent performer.
This one will be concluded soon I reckon but Milan will have to come up in their offer it is as simple as that and get close to what Daniel Levy is demanding. Everyone and their uncles knows this and the sooner the Italians realise who they are dealing with the sooner they can land their man.

So Walkers ‘replacement’ Aurier is going… Trippier gone. KWP gone…. Top clubs nail their targets before selling anyone….. We sell everyone and then may find a replacement, maybe noone comes in at all… And people wonder why we never win anything.
“just a few details” appear to be about 10m euros
