Tottenham may well fail to sell Serge Aurier to AC Milan this summer as both sides remain far apart over the players’ valuation.
Aurier has emerged as a transfer target for Milan in this transfer window, and the Ivorian is one of the players that the Lilywhites will be happy to get rid of, providing the right offer is tabled.
Milan is looking for reinforcements at right-back and Aurier is the overwhelming favourite for them to land, however, they are struggling to do a deal with Tottenham.
Tottenham has told them that they will have to pay around 23 million euros to get the deal done, but the Italians feel that is too much for them to pay and they are looking to beat down the price.
Corriere Dello Sport via Milan Live claims that the Italians will make fresh contact with the defender’s camp to get an update on how to complete the transfer.
It then added that Milan knows how much Spurs want for his signature and they are hoping to get a discount.
The Italians are keen to do a deal over Aurier, but if Spurs’ price doesn’t drop, then they have identified PSV’s Denzel Dumfries, who has been valued at 18million euros, as an alternative.
I think we all know how this one will play out, Daniel Levy might drop a little but nowhere near what Milan want, that is how he conducts his business and it is surprising that the Italians are unaware of this.

We’d be better off keeping Foyth and training him to play RB, even if we sold Aurier without a replacement Sissy, Foyth, Dier or Toby could do a solid job without all the fouls and defensive mistakes.
Good.. We need to buy two competent right backs if we are selling serge… We should buy before we sell, or else when the inevitable injuries come we will be left short. Not for the first time…. Since we have been screaming out for new full backs, Trippier, Rose, KWP have all gone and now selling Aurier? With noone at all coming in 😔 Whatever’s next? Might as well sell Davies too… And then there were none..
Just do the deal
They want him he wants them.
We know you are a daemon dealer just check out the trophy cabinet since you took over .
He’ll end up up costing Spurs a lot more than £5 million in the number of points that will be dropped because of him.
