Will we ever see Tanguy Ndombele in a Tottenham shirt again after the latest update?

Tanguy Ndombele is one transfer that hasn’t worked for Tottenham this season and on occasions, it does seem that cutting ties with the Frenchman would be the best decision for all parties.

Ndombele joined the Lilywhites in the summer to much fanfare, with the club hoping that they had finally replaced Moussa Dembele.

However, Ndombele has struggled to make the team on a regular basis and he has even reportedly fallen out (The Sun) with Jose Mourinho.

He has struggled to start games since the restart and the club just released news saying that he has been ruled out for the next two games with injuries.

This means that he will play no further role at Tottenham this season, and it could be that this might be the end of his time with us.

Although he hasn’t come out to say that he wants to leave and the club has maintained that he is not for sale because he is a part of their future, I have never seen anyone stay for too long where they feel unhappy.

Spurs don’t want to sell him for obvious reasons, but the club might be forced to cash in on him if he remains outside Mourinho’s plans and that could happen this summer.

At the very least it is almost certain that the entire transfer window will be full of Ndombele transfer speculation.

The question simply has to be asked, will we ever see Tanguy Ndomeble in a Tottenham shirt again?

It wasn’t the fee for him that is so annoying it is the wages. I wouldn’t believe he is on so much but I’m sure the source was fairly official. Surely £200k is for top players.

It’s on a par with the impossibility of finding a striker to back up Harry Kane. Our recruitment department needs a good shakeup.
