Call the Premier League goal of the season competition off now, because Son Heung-min has got it wrapped up.
Picking the ball up on the edge of the Spurs box, the South Korean finds a way through four Burnley players in his own half, nips in ahead of the last man and shows a turn of pace to go clear on goal.
I’m out of breathe just writing that sentence, so quite how Son showed the composure to then tuck the ball past Nick Pope, I’m not sure.
Check out Son’s amazing solo effort in the video below:

The 27-year-old has scored plenty of good goals for us, but none better than that. He’s ran nearly the length of the pitch!
Harry Kane and Lucas Moura had already scored to put us in command against the Clarets, before Son stole the show.

The last time I saw such an incredible goal was when Jimmy Greaves swept past 5 Newcastle players at white Hart Lane in the sixties or early seventies. I have seen many great goals scored over the years by many great players of all nationalities, but Son’s goal and Jimmies goal for me are both absolutely outstanding.
Fantastic goal! Goal of the season … or if someone can better that effort then they deserve it! Great performance today, we out-muscled Burnley and out-fought them, no mean feat and scored four stunning goals out of the five. Personally I loved seeing the intensity. We were harrying them with the same relentless pressure, even at 5-0 up, right up until the last minute. Best performance of the season.
Burnley couldn’t be anymore of a challenge….
