Yves Bissouma has been linked with a move away from Tottenham Hotspur this summer, and the player is reportedly keen on a move to Turkey.
According to journalist Ali Naci Kucuk via Futbol Arena, Galatasaray are looking to sign the 28-year-old midfielder, but they are hoping to secure his services on a loan deal. On the other hand, Tottenham are looking to get rid of him permanently. It remains to be seen whether the two can wrap up the deal.
There have been rumours that the player has fallen out with Thomas Frank. The newly appointed Tottenham manager recently criticised him publicly.
Galatasaray keen on Yves Bissouma
Kucuk revealed: “Galatasaray management clearly decided that a midfielder would be a good option, so as not to be left out of the woodwork later in the season,” he said.
“This was discussed with coach Okan. Now, Galatasaray wants to bring in a player on loan in that area. Because, as I said, they’ll be allocating their transfer budget to centre-backs next year and also spending on goalkeepers, so they want to loan a midfielder.
“At this point, Galatasaray’s primary target is Bissouma; the player is ready to come to Turkey. Tottenham is ready to let him out of his contract.
“But the only disagreement here is that Tottenham want to sell. Galatasaray want to loan him for a transfer fee. If Galatasaray manages to convince the English club at that point, they will sign him.”
Bissouma exit would be ideal

The player was quite mediocre for Tottenham last season, and a move away from the club would be ideal for all parties. He needs a fresh start, and Tottenham need to bring in an upgrade. They have already signed Joao Palhinha, and the Portuguese international has done well in the Premier League so far.
It would be ideal for the African to move on. The move to Turkey could be an interesting opportunity for him at this stage of his career. It will be interesting to see if the two clubs can agree on a deal quickly.
