Tottenham Hotspur picked up a 2-1 over Luton Town in the Premier League yesterday.
The North London giants did well to bounce back from a 1-0 deficit early on in the first half to grind out all three points in the end.
Spurs are currently pushing for Champions League qualification, and the win over Luton could prove to be vital for them. Aston Villa are currently ahead of Tottenham in the league table and the North London outfit will look to overtake them in the coming weeks.
They will be desperate to secure a top-four finish. Luton took the lead through Tahith Chong in the third minute of the game but the visitors scored an own goal early on in the second half. Son Heung-min scored a late winner to grab all three points for the home team.
Tottenham midfielder Yves Bissouma was spotted delivering an animated reaction to his teammate’s winning goal towards the end of the game. Bissouma was close to the goal when Son fired in a late winner, and the defensive midfielder was seen wheeling away in joy as Tottenham sealed a last gasp victory.
