New Bayern Munich star Harry Kane has refused to rule out a return to Tottenham in the future, after completing his £100million transfer.
After a 2 and a half month long transfer saga, Tottenham finally agreed on a fee with Bayern Munich for Kane and he was officially announced today.
He signed a deal until June 2027 and will wear the number nine shirt.
After completing the move, Harry Kane posted an emotional message for Tottenham fans on his social media account.
He thanked the fans and said he had not wanted to start the season with his future unresolved.
“From the moment I’ve been playing I’ve been one of your own and I’ve given everything that I possibly could to make you proud and give you as many special moments and memories to hopefully last forever.”
“I felt like it was the time to leave. I didn’t want to go into the season with a lot of unresolved future talk.
“I think it’s important for the new manager and the players to concentrate on trying to get Tottenham back to around the top of the table and fighting for trophies so I wish Ange (Postecoglou) and all the boys all the very best of luck.
“I’ll be watching from a fan point of view now and really hope the team can be successful.”

“Me and my family will cherish it forever, we’ll never forget all the moments we’ve had together so thank you.

Kane spent nearly 20 years at Tottenham and has broken a number of goal scoring records but he has not been able to win any silverware yet.
A move to Bayern guarantees him to add silverware to his otherwise illustrious career.
Bayern Munich play RB Leipzig in the DFL Supercup final tonight and if Kane is included in the team, he will have a chance to win his first trophy in his first game for the German club.
