Yesterday Tottenham served up a frankly unappetizing hors d’oeuvre to what was hoped to be a veritable feast of festive football, losing 0-2 and with the newsfeeds flooded with an unsavoury allegation of racist abuse.
To make matters worse, this individual was caught swapping sides as he was preparing to leave the Tottenham Hotspur stadium. Follow the images clockwise and you can see the young Asian ‘supporter’ achieve what many will be left dumbfounded by. The lad arrived as a Spurs fan and decided to exit as a Chelsea one.
His Spurs shirt complete with ‘Son 7’ personalization is lifted off his back, to reveal a Chelsea shirt bearing the name of now club manager ‘Lampard’ with the number 8.
Opinion: This sort of thing only serves to prove that the modern game has well and truly gone to the dogs. Football is a tribal game, and not to be confused with say tennis or horse-racing where it is normal for the spectators to be there for the sport as a whole.
He lives in chelsea. He knows who he’ll be sharing the tube with. He’s protecting himself. Sad but necessary.
I bought a hoover for the mother, for Christmas. Got it on Amazon.
Some forker robbed from the house porch after it was delivered.
I swear it looks just like the one yer man has in the background…
We shouldnt be surprised by this behavior, didn’t a person come on this blog solely cos Jose took over?
The sport has been sullied beyond redemption.
Here*
That image you have H is actually Son, he’s had enough as well…
The accuser*
On the last blog about Rudigur, still waiting for any proof whatsoever. It has to be on camera. No doubt. Itl end up another phantom racist event that only the accused seems to see and hear. There’s an agenda hear, either Rudiger is part of it or like H said, he mistakened abuse for racial abuse. Everyone’s forgotten about Haringey v Yeovil. Nobody has been charged despite stewards with cameras and that the whole thing was filmed and is on you tube, plus the alleged abusers were surrounded. 2 men were arrested then released without charge, which the media didn’t seem interested in and then bizzarley, 3 photos were released of men to question despite the so called culprits being clearly pointed out by Haringey players. It should have been simple to find and charge these people. But nothing happened because there was NO racist abuse. Questions need to be asked, Yeovil were dragged through the mud with no evidence of proof and the whole matter is now forgotten. There’s things behind this, and as someone who remembers the real racism problem in the 70’s and 80’s …..you know, stuff we could all see and hear, I find this disturbing. Players like Viv Anderson, John Barnes, Luther Blisset etc who played through that poison are seeing their blazed trail undermined by this agenda.
Absolutely gone to the dogs indeed. It’s over. I was watching the 2005 Arsenal v Utd match , the 2-4 with the tunnel incident, and even then, 15 years ago, the difference was astonishing. Atmosphere, commitment, passion. All gone now. That was the Prem era too. It’s reached a zero point now. Fan owned clubs like Fc Utd of Manchester are the way forward for real football.
This is what happens when you knock down your ground and replace it with a corporate shopping centre NFL complex.
Hahaha . there could be any number of ‘reasons’ for this! Maybe the kid had a bet with a Chelsea supporting mate and whoever lost had to wear the shirt of the other’s team, or it was a deliberately contrived stunt by a Chelsea fan, or maybe the kid just lives in Chelsea and has to go back on the District Line?! Could even be a Korean kid who loves Son, but who is really a Chelsea fan, who knows. Frankly I am more concerned by some of our players yesterday, who played like they were fucking supporting Chelsea!
Can’t help but feel this is a stunt paid for by Chelsea FC. The camera ‘happened to be trained on’ a random fan before the stunt occurred….
Call me cynical, but…
This is the sort of idiot Levy relies on to keep the revenue streams flowing.Modern football is a joke now.
Christ on a bike I have seen it all now. I wonder how many club shirts that lad owns. Grim.
