Harry Kane has a great game for England last night, and the Spurs man has now scored 23 goals in 22 European Championship and World Cup qualifying games.
Beyond the goal, Kane’s total successful actions were superb, hitting 66%, whereas his average is 47.2%.
80% of his shots were on target and the 27-year-old’s passing accuracy was 79%, again an improvement on his usual 75.2%.
We also saw a couple of decent long balls, producing a 67% accuracy, up again from his average of 59.3%

I’m a massive fan of Harry’s but last night wasn’t one of his best. I watched the game and he could/should have scored 3 or 4 times. I’m not interested in his pass completion his job is to put the ball in the back of the net and by his standards he failed last night.

Kane is a player who plays himself into form. If last nights match was in a couple of games time I’m sure he’d have had the match ball.
Agreed that Dane has heaps of potential, would have been great for him if we were in a position to loan him out to league one or two this season, consistent playing at a higher physicality week in week out would be good for the lad rather than the bit part role I feel he will play this season.

He could’ve had 4 or 5 but kept kicking it straight at their keeper, even his goal was straight down the keeper’s throat! Wasn’t his best display of finishing but great to see him battling and creating as well as scoring. Hoping he’ll be unplayable this season under Nuno as he was under Jose.
