Pierre Hojbjerg put in another solid performance demonstrating once again what tremendous value the Dane represents, costing Spurs just a shade over £100,000 per week. Nobody fetched the ball back more on the park for either side.

Other highlights included Duels/won which at 68%, was noticeably improved on Pierre’s mean average which had been 51.4%.
Hojbjerg’s successful passing accuracy was up to par on 89%.
As the phrase goes, more, please.
If we’re not scouring the market right now for players made of similar stuff then someone needs firing.
I think he has played every PL minute. And he’s a perpetual motion machine. If he makes a mistake, he gets on his bike and tries his damnedest to recover. Where would we be without him?
The vultures will be circling with more certainty about PEH than any of our other players
I’d agree with that
Neither Sissoko or Winks should be pulling in our shirt again. Their time at the club is up along with Dier. Jury’s still out on Dele.
Proof of needed you don’t have to spend hundreds of millions on a player. Scouting and buying the right players is all that’s needed. Levy would do well to remember this.
A better game yesterday from him. He drops very deep of late but better against Palace. Keep it up.
He is a player we are all going to and do love, but defensively with him and often Sissy dropping back to make a back 5 or 6 causes indecision between the centre backs, there are times they are trying to get positioning right and loosing track of the game. Again our biggest voices in the back line are PEH and loris (who seems a little quieter.
You can hang your hat on PEH at this stage
As the phrase goes ‘The man is worth his weight in gold’. He is no shyster. The unsung hero. At only 100 grand a week. He must feel seen off.
