TIME This evening’s kick-off time is 6 pm as broadcasters look to cram 3 top-flight games into their schedules across one evening, as the effect of the pandemic continues to keep fans out, and so the Premier League has allowed all the games to be shown on TV. You can watch our game on BT Sport.
HOME FORM Fulham looks to be finally on their way out of the relegation zone which they’ve been haunting most of the season. A five-game unbeaten Premier League run has seen Scott Parker’s side close the gap to 17th-placed Newcastle to just 3-points
MUST NOT LOSE 3 straight Premier League losses have hit Spurs hard, the club is now officially off the pace for a European spot; sitting in 8th and with just 39 points is not where Mourinho wants to be.
MOMENT OF TRUTH After scoring for fun against poor opponents, Tottenham’s players have an opportunity to prove they can now do it against a Premier League side, or that the goal frenzies can only be found against pub teams.

…& us last season, featuring the Puskas European goal of the season
Spot on They won at Anfield. Does Lamela & Winks score twice etc v anyone. Good win. Bale is doing Well
If he doesn’t, I think JM has made it quite clear that the decision will have been taken by Bale. If he doesn’t feel great, he won’t start; if he does, he will.
I want to see him continue playing well, but who knows how his body will respond to playing every few days.
If you want that performance repeated then Bale has to play, but I don’t think he’ll start.
I do like the the 6 pm KO though. Finish work, watch the Spurs and the missus gets the TV back by 8 to watch whatever period drama dross she is following making for a harmonious household.
All things being equal, we should have too much for Fulham tonight, but i have watched a lot of their recent games and they are giving staying up a right good go !! The issue here is will we give getting in the top 4 a right good go?? We’ve played City, Liverpool, Chelsea twice, United, Leicester and A&^e once, so i would say there is an opportunity here…
Average Burnley who just recently beat Liverpool at Anfield. We MADE them look average as their usual gameplan was gone in 68 seconds.
Only City usually trounce them 4/5-0, so our performance was no mean feat. Will we face better teams? Yes, but no reason to put down the win we got.
Six Points up for grabs ,tonight and on Sunday. By then we will know are we getting back on track at long last as we enter the Business Side of the Season.
Totally agree
Fulham don’t score much but they have been improving steadily. If we let them play, they can be dangerous, as we found out last time around. Did we learn from that?
A repeat of the Burnley performance should see us home with the three points (emphasis on “should”).
With Leicester slowly beginning their implosion and most teams apart from City being extremely inconsistent, now is the time to start climbing the table. Even ManU aren’t out of reach.
Why is it when we beat a Burnley comfortable its, they were average? How many players in this great prem have scored 2 goals & an amazing assist [if DeBryne hit that they would’ve been giving him the end of season awards now] against burnley?
When we drop points to these teams its the end of the world, so lets not act like Burnley are a pub team, they are struggling a little with injuries just like Leicester & others are.
If we didn’t start the way we did & came out cautious they would’ve scored the decent half chances they had, got the pen Dier tried to give ’em, then were talking about us being lucky to get a draw.
Every game in the prem is difficult if your unlucky or don’t bring your best.
Lets hope tonight we put in a repeat performance like sunday & not the reverse fixture.
Burnley took points off Leicester last night. We dropped the ball last time out against Fulham and truth be known both Burnley and Fulham are teams (pub) that we should be beating, just like Palace on Sunday. 9 points off these three teams and we are back in the game.
