Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Giovani Lo Celso has been linked with a move away from the club this summer.
The Argentine international was expected to leave Tottenham before the Premier League transfer window closed but it seems that his future at the club is not certain yet.
Although the window in England has closed, it is still open in Turkey and Galatasaray are hoping to sign the 27-year-old playmaker.
According to journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, Galatasaray have now ‘made an official offer’ to sign the Argentine international.

Lo Celso was on loan at Villarreal last season and he could prove to be a quality addition for the Turkish outfit. He will improve them going forward and he is versatile enough to operate in a number of positions as well. The midfielder will add goals and assists to the Turkish side.
Lo Celso could have been a quality squad option for Postecoglou’s side this season and it will be interesting to see how his situation develops.
If the offer is tempting, Tottenham might consider it. The 27-year-old is unlikely to be a regular starter for Spurs and they might not be able to turn down a lucrative offer for him.
That said, Spurs will be desperate to do well this season and bounce back strongly. They need quality and depth in their squad. James Maddison is the only reliable creator on the site and Lo Celso would have been an ideal alternative.
The 27-year-old has impressed during pre-season and it remains to be seen whether he can secure ample game time for Tottenham this season.
