Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tanguy Ndombele has been linked with a move away from the club at the end of the season.
The 27-year-old midfielder has been a massive disappointment since joining the north London club and he has been sent out on loans to various clubs. The midfielder is currently playing for Galatasaray in Turkey and his performances have been below par.
According to Gazete Damga, the midfielder ‘will be informed’ that he needs to find a new club at the end of the season. Galatasaray are not keen on signing him permanently and Spurs do not wish to hold onto him either.
The North London outfit are hoping to cut their losses on the player and it remains to be seen whether they can find a suitable destination for him.
The Frenchman was regarded as a world-class talent during his time at Lyon and he was expected to develop into one of the best midfielders in the Premier League. His development has not gone according to plan and he has failed to prove himself under multiple managers at Tottenham.
Ndombele has no future at Tottenham
Ange Postecoglou is not keen on giving him a chance to prove himself next season and Tottenham are prepared to cut their losses on him.
It will be interesting to see if the Frenchman can secure a decent move in the summer. There is no doubt that he has the talent to perform at a high-level, but he needs to work on his mentality and fitness. He has been severely criticised for his weight gain and attitude in Turkey.
The midfielder still has time to get his career back on track, and it remains to be seen how the situation unfolds.
