Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for Semih Kilicsoy in recent months.
It appears that they are following the 18-year-old closely and they will face competition from Premier League rivals Aston Villa.
According to Sports Digitale, who have shared claims from journalist Ertan Suzgun, the two English clubs are seriously interested in the Turkish under-19 international.

The two clubs reportedly made their moves to sign the player during the January transfer window as well but Besiktas were not keen on letting him leave midway through the campaign. It will be interesting to see if Tottenham and Aston Villa decide to make a move for the player at the end of the season once again.
Kilicsoy is highly rated around Europe and he has a bright future ahead of him. He could develop into a quality long-term prospect for the two clubs. Tottenham could certainly use more quality and depth in the attack.
The 18-year-old centre-forward has scored 10 goals across all competitions this season and he will only get better with coaching and experience. He has the attributes to develop into a quality attacker in the Premier League. Meanwhile, Aston Villa have been overly dependent on Ollie Watkins for goals.
The England international clearly needs more support in the attack and signing another striker would be a wise decision. It will be interesting to see which of the two clubs end up signing the young attacker.
A move to the Premier League will be an exciting step up for the youngster and he will be keen to prove himself at a high level.
