Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for defensive duo from the Turkish League.
The 22-year-old full-back Sacha Boey has been linked with a move to the Premier League in recent months and it remains to be seen whether Spurs can secure his services.
According to a report from Turkish outfit Aksam, Galatasaray are demanding €50 million for him and Victor Nelsson. Apparently, Tottenham are keen on signing the 24-year-old central defender as well.
The North London giants have already made an important offer to the 22-year-old full-back and they are ‘ready to pay’ the asking price for him as well.
It remains to be seen whether they can agree on a fee for Nelsson now.
Galatasaray have decided on a combined package for both players and it will be interesting to see if Tottenham decide to give in to their demands in the coming weeks.
Spurs were quite vulnerable defensively last season and they need to tighten up at the back.
Players like Emerson Royal, Davinson Sanchez and Eric Dier were quite disappointing for the North London club and Spurs must look to bring in quality defenders.
The likes of Boey and Nelsson could prove to be solid, long-term acquisitions, and they could help Tottenham improve defensively.
Spurs conceded 63 goals in the league last season and they will have to fix that problem if they want to finish in the top four and secure Champions League qualification.
