Tottenham pursuing Bayern Munich star while in advance talks to sell loanee to Celtic

By Eddie Razo -

Tottenham Hotspur will be in the market for a forward this summer as they continue improving the group despite the addition of Dejan Kulusevski this past January. Over the last few weeks, there have been many names surfacing that could come to north London.

According to The Daily Star, Spurs are plotting a move to pursue Bayern Munich forward Serge Gnabry. He has experience in the Premier League during his time with Arsenal but has flourished in Germany.

The 26-year-old’s contract expires in 2023 and could be had if Bayern Munich receives an offer that they like rather than risk losing him on a free transfer next year due to Gnarby holding out for a £13-million a year salary at Bayern.

Meanwhile, SBI Soccer reports that Celtic is in advanced discussions to obtain Cameron Carter-Vickers on a permanent deal from Tottenham. The 24-year-old has stood out this season, and it appears it’s enough for the Scottish giants to work out a deal that keeps him in Glasgow long-term.

According to the report, Spurs’ valuation stays at £6 million for Carter-Vickers and could increase as high as £10 million with add-ons.

hahaha … the Daily Star reports? … (that’s the journalistic equivalent of a blindfolded drunk, throwing a dart at a dartboard!) … If Serge Gnabry is going to north London next season, it will be back to Arsenal, he is categorically not going to Spurs.
