Tottenham Hotspur expressing interest in Juventus outcast
By Eddie Razo -

Tottenham Hotspur, managing director of football Fabio Paratici, wants to bring a familiar name to the Premier League, former Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.

La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Metro) reports that Paratici continues to be a huge fan of Ramsey, who he had during his time at Juventus FC when they brought the Wales international on a free transfer.

Now it seems as though the club chief wants Ramsey to make his return to London. Juventus is open to selling the 30-year-old as the Serie A side would like to offload his £250,000-a-week salary off their wage bill.

Tottenham isn’t the only Premier League club looking to bring back Ramsey to a league that he’s familiar with, as Wolverhampton Wanderers are also keen on landing the midfielder.

Before the start of the UEFA Euros this summer, Ramsey had spoken with the media, where he shared his frustrations at Juventus.

“It has been a quite challenging time over the past couple of seasons,” Ramsey said.” There have been many factors and changes that I haven’t been used to. In the end, now I have got my own team around me who are focused on me, to get myself into the best possible shape.”

If an offer comes that allows him to return to the Premier League, it seems as though Ramsey will jump on the offer too.
