Tottenham Hotspur are keen on signing Hugo Larsson from Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt.
Premier League clubs Liverpool and Newcastle United are keen on signing the 19-year-old midfielder as well, but Tottenham are the frontrunners to secure his services at the end of the season as per Football Transfers.
Larsson has established himself as an important player for Frankfurt this season and he has two goals and two assists to his name in all competitions.
The midfielder is valued at €28 million by Transfermarkt and it will be interesting to see if Tottenham and Liverpool come forward with an official proposal to sign him in the summer.
It is no secret that Tottenham need to bring in a quality central midfielder and Larsson could be the ideal replacement for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg. At Liverpool, he could replace Thiago Alcantara who will be a free agent in the summer.
The midfielder can operate in central midfield as well as the defensive midfield role. He will add goals and creativity to the side and help out defensively as well. Larsson has the physical and technical attributes to develop into a complete midfielder for Tottenham or Liverpool.

If the two Premier League clubs can secure his services for a reasonable price, the move could prove to be a masterstroke in the long run.
The opportunity to move to England will be attractive option for the talented young midfielder. He is still only 19 and regular football in the Premier League could accelerate his development.
It will be interesting to see if Tottenham or Liverpool can secure an agreement with the Bundesliga club in the coming weeks.
