Ange Postecoglou is having a horrid time at Tottenham this season.
He suffered yet another defeat in the Premier League tonight, losing 1-0 to London rivals Chelsea.
Enzo Fernandez scored the only goal of the game, a header from close range following some poor defending.
The Blues were the more dominant side and could have scored a few more if not for Vicario’s stunning saves.
However, they did have the ball in the net in the 69th minute. Pape Matar Sarr, who had just come on in place of Lucas Bergvall, snatched the ball off a Chelsea player and fired in a shot from outside the box. The keeper made a mess out of it as the ball went past him.
However, VAR ruled the goal out as replay showed the midfielder caught the Chelsea player on the leg studs up, resulting in a booking.
Ange Postecoglou seen mocking Tottenham fans
Journalist Jack Pitt-Brooke reporting the game, revealed on X, that the Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou was bizarrely seen celebrating Sarr’s goal against his supporters as he cupped his hand to his ear and waved at the Spurs fans.
This was in response to the fans booing his decision to sub off Bergvall for Sarr.
He stated:
“Postecoglou cups his hand to his ear and waves at the Spurs fans after Sarr scores from distance. They had booed the decision to take Bergvall off for Sarr earlier on.”

But to make things embarrassing for Postecoglou, the goal was soon disallowed.
The Australian has not been able to handle the pressure and criticism, having clashed with fans several times this season.
He clashed against some supporters after their defeat to Bournemouth earlier in the season, and most recently after the club fell to a 2-0 defeat to Fulham.
Considering his deteriorating relationship with the fans and the current form, it is very unlikely that he will remain the manager after this season.
