Tottenham could try to relaunch 27-yr-old’s career with loan move, two destinations named

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tanguy Ndombele is having a difficult season with Galatasaray in Turkey.

The 27-year-old midfielder was sent out on loan so that he can get regular game time at the Turkish club, but the move has not gone according to plan for him.

The Frenchman has started just four games in the league and his performances have been rather underwhelming. In addition to that, he has been criticised heavily for his lack of fitness.

Ndombele was regarded as one of the best young players in the world when he joined Tottenham. However, he has failed to establish himself as a key player for the North London club, and his loans have not worked out either.

According to a report from Tuttomercatoweb, Spurs are looking to bring him back to the club this month and send him out on loan once again. The 27-year-old clearly does not have a future at the North London club and a permanent exit would probably be ideal for him.

Spurs are hoping to re-launch his career by sending him out on loan before the January window closes. Clubs like Rennes and Al-Ettifaq are reportedly keen on securing his signature.

The midfielder still has the time to get his career back on track, but he will need to work hard and he needs to sort out his fitness issues as well.

Ideally, Tottenham should look to cut their losses on the player permanently at the end of the season and invest the money on a player who can help them improve.
