Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for the Juventus attacker Samuel Iling-Junior.
A report from TV Play now claims that Tottenham are considering submitting an ‘official offer’ to sign the 20-year-old attacker next month.
The deal could be worth around €20 million and Tottenham certainly have the means to get the transfer across the line.
They will need to add more depth to the wide areas and the English winger will certainly add pace, creativity and goals to the side.
He is not the preferred option for Juventus manager Max Allegri and therefore he has struggled for regular game time at the Italian club. The young winger will hope that Tottenham can offer him more opportunities.
Players like Manor Solomon and Ivan Perisic are currently sidelined with injuries and Tottenham need more options at their disposal. Signing a versatile young winger like Iling-Junior could prove to be a wise decision. He could be an important squad option for Ange Postecoglou during the second half of the campaign.
The young attacker will be desperate to prove himself at the highest level and his determination to succeed will be an added bonus for Tottenham.
In addition to that, he will be a long-term prospect for the north London club and the €20 million outlay could look like a major bargain if the player manages to fulfil his potential.
It is fair to assume that Tottenham’s attacking approach could bring out the best in the 20-year-old winger, who will be able to operate with more freedom at the London club.
