Jack Grealish has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
The 29-year-old England international has fallen down the pecking order at Manchester City and he needs to leave in order to play regularly.
According to Give Me Sport, even though Tottenham are keen on signing the player, Grealish is unlikely to push for an exit and Manchester City are not desperate to sell him either. It will be interesting to see all the situation develops. In addition to that, he is currently on £300,000 a week at Manchester City and he is likely to demand substantial wages at Tottenham as well.
The North London club could be priced out of a move for the Manchester City attacker. There is no doubt that Grealish would be a useful acquisition for Tottenham if he manages to regain his form and confidence. However, Tottenham are unlikely to pay him premium wages.
The report states that are keeping tabs on the South American winger Dario Osorio as well. The 20-year-old Chilean international is highly rated and he could prove to be a quality long-term investment. He is likely to be a cheaper acquisition compared to Grealish as well and he is likely to accept reasonable wages.
Osorio has done quite well for the Danish outfit FC Midtjylland and it will be interesting to see if Tottenham switch their attention towards him in the coming weeks. The young attacker could be tempted to join them.
They need more quality and depth in the final third and signing a quality wide player would be a wise decision. they will be hoping to challenge for trophies this season and finish in the Champions League positions. The right additions in January will certainly help them.
