Tottenham are continuing to turn the PR tide during lockdown.
It all started so badly, with the club announcing the furloughing of 550 non-playing staff, followed by Jose Mourinho and several of his first team squad being spotted breaking social distancing guidance in a Barnet park.
But since reversing the furlough decision on April 13, Spurs have been on a PR roll. The stuff that they have done with the stadium for the NHS is magnificent. Jose has been delivering care packages to the locals, and the boys have been all over social media, surprising fans with video calls.

And a charitable announcement on Tuesday continued the positive vibes.

It may only seem like a minor thing but it will make a big difference to Enfield Town. My dad is the groundsman at my local cricket club. It is hard work and the expert assitance offered by Spurs here will be invaluable.
These fans on Twitter appreciated the good-news community story.
Agree totally, spurs do a lot more in the community than goes reported. We are blessed at having a great relationship with the club

Philanthropy is the future of marketing. It’s cynical; but it’s true.

When you’ve finished there you can come help out the club you should be helping. The borough Tottenham is in. HARINGEY BOROUGH FC. struth!
Levy’s lawn must be finished then!
