Ryan Sessegnon may have played his last game for the club after another hamstring injury last week.
The full-back has endured a torrid time with injuries. He picked up an injury in the summer, undergoing surgery that kept him sidelined until January.
Despite his brief return against Burnley in the FA Cup, Sessegnon’s comeback was cut short after picking up a knock that kept him out for a few more weeks.
Subsequently, his first appearance for the U21s last Saturday saw him last a mere 37 minutes before another setback as Gold reported that he picked up yet another hamstring injury
The club confirmed yesterday that the 23-year-old has undergone yet another surgery on his right hamstring.
The statement stated that he will continue to be closely monitored by the medical team before it can be determined when he can return.
And as per the latest from injury expert Dr Rajpal Brar, he is set to be out for 12 plus weeks, effectively ending his season.

This latest setback casts doubt on his future at Tottenham, with speculation mounting that his time with the club could be drawing to a close as well.
TBH Says:
Once hailed as a wonderkid, Sessegnon’s potential has been stifled by persistent injuries, resulting in a significant number of missed games throughout his career. With more than 700 games missed due to injuries and illness, his continued absence raises questions about his long-term viability at the club.
Considering his injury woes and the need for reliable backup options, it’s conceivable that Daniel Levy may opt to offload Sessegnon in the summer transfer window.
Such a move would pave the way for Tottenham to secure a suitable replacement for emerging talent Destiny Udogie, potentially marking the end of Sessegnon’s tenure at the club.
