Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is being linked with a departure this month, and speculations are on the rise as the transfer window approaches its end.
The Danish midfielder has struggled to secure a starting position under Ange Postecoglou, who has favored Yves Bissouma and Pape Matar Sarr over him.
Seeking more consistent playing time, Hojbjerg is open to a move. While Spurs are willing to let him go, journalist Tom Barclays reports they are only considering a permanent transfer, not a loan.
Re Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, understand Spurs are not keen on loaning him out. Things could change the nearer we get to the end of the window, but currently if he is to leave, they would want it to be a permanent deal

Fabrizio Romano shared a similar update yesterday but as per him Spurs might be open to a loan with an obligation to buy deal as well.
Newcastle are the latest club showing interest in Hojbjerg, but they are reportedly pursuing a loan arrangement.
Several clubs, including Juventus and Napoli, have also expressed interest in the midfielder. However, negotiations with Spurs hit a snag due to the asking price.
Whether Spurs can get a deal agreed for him before the end of the window remains to be seen.
