Super Computer predicts final Premier League table, Spurs fans will not like it

Tottenham’s main goal this season is to finish the campaign inside the top four and win a trophy.

The Lilywhites enjoyed top-four finishes for much of the time that Mauricio Pochettino was in charge, which is the minimum they expect from Jose Mourinho’s side.

The Special One has got this Spurs team playing pragmatic football this season, but they haven’t always had the best of results.

They have been reliant on Harry Kane, and when he doesn’t play, their results suffer, which hasn’t helped their top-four push.

This has been an unpredictable season with the likes of Aston Villa and West Ham also challenging for the European places.

Spurs will have to do very well to earn a top-four place, but TalkSPORT’s Super Computer doesn’t think they will play Champions League football next season unless they win the Europa League.

It predicted the final Premier League standings using the performance of every team so far, and it was a familiar top four.

Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea made the top four, Tottenham only managed a 6th placed finish, below Leicester City.

The good news is that the Lilywhites finished ahead of Arsenal again, with the Gunners ending the campaign 8th on the league table.

Yep, we’ve been punching above our weight and exceeding expectations over the last few years. For one reason or another.

Now we are dealing with the reality of our spending, Levy never expected us to be a regular top four team. Once we got there and stayed there he got used to the extra revenues and now expects to be in it every year. Regardless of who the manager is…

Correct. If you don’t have something of interest to write, then don’t bother. We all have enough, “Chewing Gum For The Brain”.

Manchester City I think will make top 4 (Win the League) as they are playing well, even without Kevin de Bruyne. The other 3 places are still a roulette and not guaranteed. Not sure exactly how this Super Computer works but believe it looks at current and past performances of the teams playing each other and makes a prediction.
If that is the case then would be interesting to see what they predicted for Spurs and Liverpool games playing Brighton. Probably a win for both teams. Oh hang on, so what happens to all the other gamesif they lose or draw and what happens, (where we have seen upsets in the past week or so eg Arsenal vs Aston Villa & Wolves; MU vs Everton & Arsenal), how do these results impact the current placings.
Odds might be better playing the roulette.

You trying to compare arsenal’s stadiums earning potential to Tottenhams tells me you know fck all about how to cut pap€r and what pap€r means to this BUISNESS known as football. Try staying at the top for long without it. Tottenham will get to the top and stay there.

It’s amazing when you think what that stadium move has done to Arsenal. It used to be an event finishing above or beating them, now it’s a given. Corporate stadia=footballing doom
Although once our move kicks in it’ll probably be nip and tuck again….for 14th place.

That top four also happen to be the top four spenders on wages and transfers so I’m shocked.
