The bookies have further edged Spurs to lift the Champions League trophy on Saturday night, out to 3/1.
The draw is 5/2 and a Liverpool win is now 20/21 and evens in places.
Liverpool were intially nominal favourites, and nothing obviously seismic has occurred in the interim. Indeed, Harry Kane’s return to full training is a massive positive.
Jurgen gave his presser this morning and reports more or less a full squad availability.
“We’ll have all available players on the bench & that gives us solutions. Apart from Naby they should all be available.”

Liverpool have also experienced the guano-y end of the stick from UEFA in respect of ticket allocation. just LFC recieved just 16,613 for the game against Tottenham at the 64,000-capacity Wanda Metropolitano this Saturday.
Reds’ CEO Peter Moore has been cooing over Klopp.
High praise indeed.
“Jurgen sees the broadness of what he does as the Liverpool manager, Shankly once said ‘Liverpool was made for me and I was made for Liverpool’ and I would argue Jurgen is the same.”
Klopp denies getting to successive Champions League finals is career highlight: “Biggest moment of my career was 2004 in getting Mainz promoted. Winning the Champions League final with Liverpool would be (the) new (one).
Again, this is confirmation from a big manager that winning is the metric, opposed to ‘competing’.

If we do not win the fucka then I would have preferred going out to Ajax, Bollocks to the extra cash, I won’t be seeing any of it.
All about you as per ?
Apparently (according to BBC) we have bid 60million euros for Real Betis (and Argentinian international) midfielder Giovani Lo Celso. He has a release clause for 100 million but would love them to call Levy’s bluff and say oh ok fair enough. At which point Daniel will outline his fifteen year payment plan and the transfer will drag out over the entire Summer. Actually can’t fault the bald ones logic on the figure, sixty million shows serious intent without meeting an astronomical release clause (for a player i personally know nothing about – anyone??). Would have been better to do it on May 16th though and use leverage of CL finalists to agitate the player to tie up before the CL final coz at this moment we’re still potential Champions League winners!
Yes I agree. But we have to turn up for the whole game!
They are beatable. Right mentality and Poch on his game. Anything is possible.
